Pytheas Group accepts product returns provided their packaging is intact and within 14 calendar days. Customer receives the products’ value in credit for the following scenarios:
Shipping of wrong products as opposed to customer’s order. In this case case shipping charges for the return and replacing of wrong product befall Pytheas Group.
Verified reception of product in heavily damaged packaging and indication of said damage to the shiping company. In this case shipping charges for the return and replacing of said product in intact packaging befall Pytheas Group.
Verified reception of defective product. In this case the return cost befalls Pytheas Group and, provided the defect is verified, the product is replaced with a non defective one.
Wrong order placement by the customer. In this scenario Pytheas Group credits the customer with the product’s value but all shipping costs befall the customer.
